Who Am I
I’m Elna and I’ve tried it all! Low carb, high carb, no carb, Atkins, Paleo, Primal, Keto, green drinks, plant-based, Bulletproof coffee…just to name a few! When I’m not experimenting with my health, or picking up after my twins (and hubby) I do the freelance writing and blogging thing.
And if I’m not blogging or writing for my clients, you can find me on the floor playing doctor with my daughter while at the same time building towers with my son.
